The TopLine Catalyst team is a virtual management consulting organization providing just-in-time team assembly of the requisite capabilities for a given assignment. Partners lead specific practice areas and jointly oversee the efforts provided on each assignment. A TopLine Catalyst associate is carefully screened and is generally someone with proven experience working in collaboration with one of our partners. Collaborators are organizations who partner with us on specific initiatives using complementary capabilities that are required with a TopLine Catalyst assignment from time to time.
